Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter) sent to:

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, minus a handling and restocking fee of 5% of the product value, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal.

For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Return of Goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Condition of the Goods

A return under the right of withdrawal is only possible if the goods are in their original packaging, complete, unused, and undamaged. Opened, installed, or used items are excluded from the right of withdrawal insofar as any loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary to examine the condition, properties, or functioning of the goods.

Handling and Restocking Fee

For the inspection, handling, and restocking of returned goods, we retain a flat handling and restocking fee of 5% of the product value.
