Shipping Provider

All orders are shipped exclusively with our logistics partner DHL from Germany.

Shipping Within Germany

Delivery time: usually 1–3 business days after receipt of payment.
Shipping costs: free of charge.
Customs and import fees: none.

Shipping Within the European Union

Delivery time: usually 5–12 business days after receipt of payment.
Shipping costs: 19.99 €.
Customs and import fees: may apply in individual cases and must be covered by the customer. Customs processing and official inspections may cause occasional delivery delays.

International Shipping (Outside the EU)

Delivery time: usually 10–45 business days after receipt of payment.
Shipping costs: 69.99 €.
Customs and import fees: may apply and must be paid by the recipient. Customs clearance may extend the delivery time.

Shipment Tracking

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation – if provided by DHL – including tracking information so you can follow your shipment online.
