1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop VEGO Germany, operated by VEGO Autoteile GmbH.

2. Contractual Partner

3. Conclusion of Contract

The product listings in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer to enter into a purchase contract. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are listed in euros and include statutory VAT. Additional shipping costs may apply, as outlined in our Shipping Policy.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and import fees may apply. These must be borne by the customer and may cause delays in delivery.

5. Delivery

Delivery is carried out by DHL to the shipping address provided by you.

Regular delivery times:

Germany: 1–3 business days after receipt of payment
European Union: 5–12 business days after receipt of payment
International (outside EU): 10–45 business days after receipt of payment

For international deliveries, customs processing may cause additional delays.

6. Payment Methods

The following payment methods are available in our online shop:

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in our Right of Withdrawal Policy.

9. Return Conditions

Returns under the right of withdrawal are only accepted if the goods are in their original packaging, complete, unused, and undamaged. Opened, installed, or used items may only be accepted in exceptional cases and after individual assessment.

A flat handling and restocking fee of 5% of the product value may be deducted for the processing and storage of returned goods.

10. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

11. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, and for damages arising from the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). In such cases, liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage.

12. Contract Language and Contract Storage

The contract language is German. We do not store the contract text permanently. However, you may print or save your order details directly before submitting the order.

13. Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
